As fashion week all around the world has come to an end, last week I had the amazing opportunity to attend some events for LA’s fashion week. Style Fashion Week kicked off their fun filled week by hosting their opening reception at Sky Bar in the Mondrian Hotel, located in West Hollywood (If you live in LA and need a new bar to check out then definitely add this to your list!). Their opening reception was a great mixer for the audience to meet the designers and everyone else that put in work into Style’s Fashion Week.
They hosted runway shows from Thursday throughout Sunday night but I attended Saturday’s show. The three designer’s I had the chance to checkout were Patricia Michaels, Ionica, and Sabrina & Mannings. I have to admit, the first two designers did not leave an impression on me but Sabrina & Mannings had me in absolute awe the minute their first model walked out. The crowd was loving every piece from the beginning till’ the end.
Bohemian meets a Fairytale! This line was absolutely stunning. Each of the gowns were designed using lots of lace (every girl’s weakness) and had just the right amount of detail and work on it.
But their last piece is what stole the show! Not only did the beautiful gown take my breathe away but had the entire crowd picking up their jaws from the ground.
Sabrina & Mannings created such an elegant and beautiful line that I’m still daydreaming about their collection. Keep an eye out for these two, I have a feeling this is the first of many jaw dropping pieces we’ll see from them.
